Janine Driver
Janine Driver is an internationally recognized body language expert and the CEO of the Body Language Institute. A retired federal law enforcement officer, she spent more than 15 years within the Department of Justice investigating skinheads, firearms traffickers, the manufacturers of illegal explosives, and fanatical survivalists. While in the field, Janine learned to size people up very quickly – in less than seven seconds. For the past decade, she has taught her cunning people-reading skills to the ATF, FBI, CIA, DIA, and International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), and to more than 60,000 federal, state, and local law enforcement officers, lawyers, and judges.
Janine now teaches others to apply those same principals in the business world. Currently, she teaches professionals how to better understand themselves, the impact their nonverbal and verbal communication has on others, and how to read those hidden emotions in order to build better personal and professional relationships.
According to Janine, “If you misread others or send nonverbal messages that don’t match your intent, deals are lost, profitability is destroyed, and reputations are shattered. But when you get it right, that’s when money is made, reputations are born, and businesses flourish.
New York Times best-selling author, Janine has written two books: You Can’t Lie To Me and You Say More Than You Think. A frequent contributor and guest on TODAY, The Dr. Oz Show, and Anderson Cooper Live, Janine has also been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Cosmopolitan, Psychology Today, among others.
